Shannon O’Brien has lived in St. Petersburg, Fl since 1992. He has serviced private loans for over 6 years; he is a licensed mortgage broker and real estate agent. Most of his clients are comforted by the fact that he attends all of his closings in person. Shannon prides himself in providing transparency and perseverance for his clients throughout the loan process. Shannon and his wife, Erin, are animal lovers- they live with 2 German Shepherd dogs and 2 rescued cats. Shannon met Erin while studying at their alma mater: Eckerd College (BA). He has donated his time to the St. Petersburg Tennis Center, the Eckerd College Alumni Association, and Habitat for Humanity.
